I created my first Squidoo lens! My lens is about using a thick bar or a thin bar for weight training. You see, I have been working out for the past year and a half, and I learned quite a lot when it comes to lifting. The thickness of the bar may not be an issue for some, especially beginners, but others actually care about it. There are benefits in using a thick bar, mainly due to added tension on the muscles.
